I ordered my BigPic picture on May 4th… I know you had printing problems a couple of weeks ago, but I still haven’t gotten it… I sent you an email, but didn’t hear back… do you know if my son’s BigPic was completed and sent out or when I can expect to receive it? Can’t wait to get it!!
