I can't believe we (the parents) paid $40.00 dollars for this and it is crap! Video is in and out of focus constantly and you have cut off the beginnings and ends of some of the performances. I hope Courtney does not decide to use your company again because myself and many other parents will not be purchasing them. You should consider refunding a portion if not all money paid to you for these videos. Our children worked really hard to perform these dances and you guys ruined any memories we could have of them!
