- Ordering Free DVDs: We hope to have the DVD footage and all the pictures (over 24,0000) uploaded and ready for purchase BY this Wednesday, if not sooner!
- The Free DVD option will be available to order online until May 17th, 2010.
- You will be able to customize your Free DVD on the online ordering process.

I was trying to order the free dvd from last week and noticed that on Downtown Dance that there is one of the performances missing. There should be a number #97 on there. Will you let me know if it is missing and will be put on before I order, so that I can have it on my dvd along with all the other Downtown Dance performances. Thanks!

I can’t seem to view CenterStage photos.I was able to look at other studios to see if if it was just centerstage that I couldn’t view.Are the pictures just not available yet for that studio?

Hey Jodie,
Make sure you select the Center Stage with Kim Delgrosso’s name below the team name.
You should find the pictures there.

Hi,I did click on centerstage with kim delgrosso and for some reason thats the only one I can’t get the pictures .I’ll keep trying but if I can’t,is there another way to view them?

I just ordered my free DVD from Dance America Nationals at Juan Diego High and Downtown Dance Studio #97 is still not listed. Will it be included?

Where are all the Down Town Dance photos for team competition located. If there are any, they are not in the Down Town Dance File.

After I placed my order and then clicked finish, it went to the beginning of the process instead of the reciept page. How can I be sure I got the order I wanted?

I received a DVD in the mail today, but it is not the correct dances. I also ordered 2 pictures and they were not included with the DVD. Do I need to send it back to you and you will send me the correct order, or should I reorder the DVD? It was for Elite Academy Leslie Mulford-Reiser, there were 2 dances for the Dynamites. I had Aleiya K Scott 2010 on the DVD and it was billed to Melanie Scott.

Hi,I just recieved my dvd and I got a bunch of dances from other studios and only a couple from our studio.They were dances I didnt order.I am ordering another dvd but can it still be a free one since my dvd was wrong?

@Melanie The pictures are shipping separately and should be on their way or you should have already received them by now.
