First off, congratulations on the great event again at Juan Diego High School.

To help answer questions about how to order pictures, here is a step by step tutorial:

Step 1: Go to www.HighlightSports.com

Step 2: Click on the picture that looks like this:

Step 3: Select the products you’re interested in (DVD will be selected by default):

If you want to view pictures too, make sure to check that box. If you’re only interested in the pictures, unselect the DVD option.

Step 4: Select your team then click Next:

Step 5: Pick the pictures you want.

Select the pictures you’d like to view (this screen may take a few seconds to display because of the number of pictures from your team).

Step 6: When you find a picture you like, click Add Picture to Cart. You’ll see this screen that lets you choose the number of copies and the size:

Type in a number next to the sizes you want, then click Add Picture to Cart.

Step 7: If you have selected the pictures you want, click Next. You’ll see your Shopping Cart:

Confirm your order, then click Check Out!

5. When will DVDs be shipped?

If you chose the “Ship to Home” option, it will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 2 weeks or less for only $10.

If you chose the “Ship to Coach” option, it will be processed and shipped in 8-10 weeks.

The deadline to order the “Ship to Coach” free option is May 18th. After May 18th, all orders will be “Shipped to Home” at the regular Highlight Sports price.

A majority of the coaches picked up the Free DVD cases and artwork at the 2008 Dance America Nationals event. They will distribute the DVDs and cases as they see fit.

If the cases were not picked up, Highlight Sports can ship them to the coach for a small shipping and handling fee. We can also ship the cases directly to the participant for a shipping and handling fee.
