How To Order Your DVD

Here’s a step by step tutorial on how to order your DVD from the 2009 UCA West Coast Championships at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Step 1: Pick the Products You Want to Order

Make sure you’ve checked the appropriate box(es) of the products you want to order.

Step 2: Select Your Team

To select your team, hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and push the F button. A small Find box will show up at the bottom left corner of your screen.

Type in the name of your team.

Click the small next button next to the Find button to find the appropriate category or routine(s).

Step 3: Add Routines, Personalize and Select Shipping Option

Make sure to click the ADD button to add the routine(s) to your DVD – up to 10 routines can be added to one customized DVD.

You can also “Personalize” the DVD with your name, team name, etc. (Character space is limited.)

Select the shipping method you prefer, along with the number of copies you want – each additional DVD ordered is only $5.

Step 4: Make Sure to Click the ADD Button

When you click the ADD button, it will look like this – you’ve done it correctly.

Click Next…

Step 5: Your Order Preview

Make sure everything is correct…

Click Check Out or Keep Shopping

Step 6: Fill out YOUR Information

Fill out YOUR personal contact information.

IMPORTANT: Select YOUR TEAM at the bottom drop down menu.

Click CHECK OUT!

Step 7: PayPal Checkout

You’ll now be directed to the PayPal Check Out process.

Either login to your PayPal account to finish your order or click “Continue” – which is right about the credit card options. Continue to Step 8 and 9 if you don’t have a PayPal account…

Step 8: If you don’t have PayPal…

Here’s where the Continue button is if you don’t have a PayPal account…

Step 9: Fill out the information – You’re done!

You’re almost done. Fill out the appropriate information.

3. How do I search for my team quickly?

There is a short cut to search for your team.  Hold down the CTRL key and push the letter F.  A box will appear at the bottom left corner of your screen that looks like this:

Type in the name of your team (even just the first few letters will work).  Click next until you find the team and category you’re looking for.

4. How much do action pictures cost?

Action Pictures – taken during performance*

  • 5×7 -$10
  • 4 Wallets – $10
  • 8×10 – $15
  • 11×14 – $20
  • 16×20 – $30
  • 20×30 – $40

* Shipping for Pictures – $5/total picture order (not per individual picture)

8. Can directors get a Free DVD too?

Yes. They will need to order the same way as the participants. We cannot fit all routines on one DVD. If you are a director and would like information about getting all your routines, contact Nate.

UPDATE: Another question that’s come up is the following:

Do coaches have to order all the DVDs for their team?

There are two options:

  1. Your team members can “personalize their DVD” by going to our online ordering system and picking up to 10 routines of their choice.  They can put their name on the DVD and order additional copies for only $5.  They can also choose to have the DVD shipping directly to their home within 2 weeks for only $10.
  2. Your team members can do NOTHING.  If they choose this option, we will be sending the coach a “generic DVD” that has up to 10 routines from your studio.  If there are more than 10 routines that your studio did, we will pick ten random routines to put on the generic DVD.  These DVDs will not have the participants name and will be shipped to the coach starting the first part of April.

9. When will DVDs be shipped?

  • If you chose the Ship to Home option, it will be processed within 1 business day and shipped within 2 weeks or less.
  • If you chose the Ship to Coach option, it will be processed and shipped in 8-10 weeks.

The deadline for Ship to Coach is March 23, 2009. After March 23rd, all orders will be Shipped to Home at the regular Highlight Sports price.

Great news, the UCA West Coast Championships is here again.  And this year its at the single largest theater in North America with some 6,300 seats and an adjoining 54,000 square foot Exposition Center.  The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center is the location this year due to renovations at the Kodak Theater.

2009 UCA West Coast Nationals

The Kodak Theater in Hollywood, where the UCA West Coast Nationals has been for the last three years, has signed a contract with Cirque De Soleil and will be closing it’s doors for a permanent show in February 2009 The great news is that the UCA has found an incredible NEW venue for the prestigious West Coast Championships!

The 2009 UCA West Coast Championships will be held at The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center in Los Angeles!

The Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center comprises the single largest theater in North America with some 6,300 seats and an adjoining 54,000 square foot Exposition Center. The Shrine Expo Center is utilized by nearly every entertainment company. With a recent 15 million dollar renovation, the facility now provides state-of-the art technology and has preserved the beauty of this historical theater. The Shrine Auditorium was built back in 1906 and is recognized as a historical monument.

For those of you that selected the “Ship to Home” option for the personalized DVD and photographs, we have great news. These orders have been processed and will be shipped promptly. Please let us know if you have any questions.

If you selected the “Ship to Coach” option, we are only waiting for the other members of your team to go online and personalize their DVD. At about the 6-8 week mark we will begin processing and shipping those orders as well.
